The Clarification Page is where managers can view the time details submitted by all TimeTracker users in the organization.


Key Features

  • Managers can only view time entries submitted by users. And cannot approve or reject time entries from the Clarification Page.

  • If managers require clarification on a time entry, they can add comments in the Discuss section.

  • Users can view these comments, respond, and make necessary corrections in the Time Details before resubmitting them for approval

    • e.g.: If a manager is uncertain about the hours logged by a user on a specific date, they can mention this in the Discuss section. The user can then check the comment, make corrections to the entry in Time Details, and resubmit it for approval.

Setting a User to view only Clarification Tab

  1. Follow the instructions here to create a TimeTracker user. 
  2. Follow the instructions here to create a user group and add the user to the group.
