As a Clarification Manager, you can only view the time details of all users in your organization. You cannot approve or reject time entries.


How to View Time Details:

  1. Navigate to the Time Header tab and select the Clarifications sub-tab.

  2. Set the From and To dates to filter the time details.

  3. Click on the date string in the calendar section to view detailed time entries.

Requesting Clarifications:

  • If you need users to make changes to existing time entries, leave a comment in the Discuss section under "Enter your message."

  • The Clarification field will be updated to Requested, notifying the user that a clarification is needed.

  • The user will review your comment, respond accordingly, and make the necessary changes.

Once the updates are made, the time will be approved by the Approval Manager.
