To create a new group for a TT user, follow these steps:
Navigate to the TT Users In Groups tab in the application.
Click the New button to create a new group assignment.
In the form that appears, choose the user from the TT User field dropdown.
In the TT User Group field, click the dropdown and select the New TT User Group option.
On the New TT User Group screen, enter the desired group name and Save it
Assign the Group to the User
Return to the main form and select the newly created group from the TT User Group field.
Click Save to complete the assignment.
Note
If user groups already exist, they will be listed in the TT User Group field dropdown.
Create a new group only if the desired group name does not already exist.
