To create a new group for a TT user, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the TT Users In Groups tab in the application.

  • Click the New button to create a new group assignment.

  • In the form that appears, choose the user from the TT User field dropdown.

  • In the TT User Group field, click the dropdown and select the New TT User Group option.

  • On the New TT User Group screen, enter the desired group name and Save it

  • Assign the Group to the User

    • Return to the main form and select the newly created group from the TT User Group field.

    • Click Save to complete the assignment.

Note

  • If user groups already exist, they will be listed in the TT User Group field dropdown.

  • Create a new group only if the desired group name does not already exist.
