This flag allows you to enable/disable the Clarifications tab for the TimeTracker Managers.

Create Groups and add the TimeTracker users to the Group by following the instructions here
Then go to the tt-header-clarifications-group-name flag, add the group names in the Text Value field, and Save the flag,
Now, only the users from the Group that is added in the Text Value field, can view the Clarifications tab,
