The Clarification Page is where managers can view the time details submitted by all the TimeTracker users in the organization.
Key Features
Managers can only view time entries submitted by users. And cannot approve or reject time entries from the Clarification Page.
If managers require clarification on a time entry, they can add comments in the Discuss section.
Now the Clarification field in the Time Headers tab changes to Requested, to indicate the Manager has requested a clarification from the user
Then the specific user can view the comments, and make the necessary corrections in the Time Details before resubmitting them for approval
- e.g.: If a manager is uncertain about the hours logged by a user on a specific date, they can mention this in the Discuss section. The user can then check the comment, make corrections to the entry in Time Details, and resubmit it for approval.

Setting a User to view only Clarification Tab
- Follow the instructions here to create a TimeTracker user.
- Follow the instructions here to create a user group and add the Manager (user) to the group.
- Add the User Group to the flag tt-header-clarifications-group-name, click here to know more.
- Once the user is added to the Group and the Flag is set, the Manager will have access to the Clarifications tab in the Time Header object.
