You need an App Key, Employee ID, and a Password to log in to the Time Tracker for Salesforce application on the device


  • App Key: App Key is a unique ID created by PK4 Tech in your org at the time of the installation of the Time Tracker application
  • Employee ID: Your Salesforce Admin sets up an Employee ID for you, and when she sets up a Time Tracker User record for you, an automated email is emailed to you with the App Key, Employee ID, and a Password
  • Password: Use the same password to log into the Time Tracker application that you got in your email,


Install the Time Tracker for Salesforce app on the device, enter the App Key, Employee ID, and the password, and log into the Time Tracker for Salesforce application on the device.


Note:

  1. You must enter the same password that you got in your email to log in to the Time Tracker application for the first login, and the password is saved. You should use the same password for the future logins
  2. You can change the password using the change password option that is in the settings tab of the Time Tracker for Salesforce application
  3. You can also reset the password using the Forgot Password string that is on the login screen of the Time Tracker for Salesforce application. (To use the Forgot Password option, you must have logged in to the Time Tracker app at least once with the automated password, that you got in the email at the time of the user creation).
