Follow the steps below to create and configure an Approval Manager in the organization:


  • Create a TT User ID for the Manager by following the instructions provided here.
  • Create a PK4 License for the Manager by following the instructions provided here.

  • While assigning the license, make sure to select the option TimeTracker Manager.

  • Add the Manager to the Manage Licenses list by following the instructions provided here.

  • Assign the Manager as the Reporting Manager for the relevant users by following the instructions provided here.


Once all the above steps are completed, the Manager will be able to review and approve user time entries.
