Project Hub Overview


The Project Hub is a central place to view and manage your tasks and projects. As a manager, you can create and assign tasks to team members, while the Chat option helps you stay connected with your team, share updates, and manage project changes effectively.


The Project Hub contains five key tiles:

  • My To-Dos: Displays all tasks assigned to you. From here, you can log time, track progress, and manage your personal workload. Click here to know more

  • To-Do List: Allows managers to create new tasks, assign them to users, and de-assign tasks when required. Click here to know more 

  • Schedule: Provides a calendar-style view to see tasks, create new ones, and check the PTO (Paid Time Off) status of reporting team members. It helps in effective planning and workload management. Click here to know more 

  • Kanban: The Kanban tile provides a clear visual representation of task stages within a project. It allows you to quickly see how many tasks are completed, how many are currently in progress, which ones are new, and those that are actively being worked on. This helps teams track progress at a glance and manage workloads more effectively. 

  • Chat: Enables quick communication within projects, keeping all discussions organized in the application. With instant updates and team collaboration in one place, it reduces the need for external tools. Click here to know more.
