Using the To Do Tab


The To Do tab allows you to view and manage the tasks assigned to you, log time, create new tasks, and track progress. Here’s how you can use it:


Tasks

  • Click on the My To Do tile to open the detailed view.

  • To log time for a task, click the Clock icon.

    • For the current date, enter the time in the format “1h 15m” and click Submit.

    • If you need to log time for multiple days on the same project, click More to go to the Multi-entry page. Click here to learn more about the Multi-Entry page.

New Task

  • Click the + Add Task button to create a new task for yourself.


Checklist

  • If your manager has created checklists, they will appear under the tasks.

  • You can also create your own checklist by entering details in the Add New Checklist Item field.

  • Mark a checklist item as completed by clicking the Checkbox.


Marking a Task as Complete

  • You can mark a task as complete by clicking Mark Complete.

  • Once completed, the option changes to Incomplete, allowing you to reopen the task if needed.
