Creating Skills in the Organization

  1. Create a Skill:

    • Navigate to the Skills object and click the New button.

    • Enter the Skill Name and Description, then click Save.

  2. Create a Skill Category:

    • Go to the Skill Categories object and create Skill categories,

  3. Link Skills to Skill Categories:

    • Navigate to the Skills in Categories object.

    • Click the New button and select an existing Skill Category from the list.

    • Choose the relevant Skill from the existing skills and save the record.

  4. Assign Skills to TimeTracker Users:

    • Once the skills are linked to their respective categories, assign them to TimeTracker users.
