In the Auto Tracking component, the timer is displayed in three different colors based on the tracking status:

  1. Black: The timer appears in black when auto-tracking is enabled in your organization. Click here to know more about adding the auto tracker component.

  2. Green: If delayed tracking is enabled in your organization, the timer initially appears in green. This indicates that tracking has started but the specified delay time has not yet elapsed. Click here to know more about enabling the delayed time tracking

  3. Red: After the delay time has been completed, the timer changes to red. This signals that time tracking has begun, but the time entry has not yet been created in Salesforce's TT Details.

Once the time entry is successfully created in Salesforce, the timer returns to green, providing users with a clear visual indicator that the time is being actively tracked and recorded.
