To email the invoice to the customers, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the "Invoicing" tab in your TimeTracker account.
  • Search for the invoice from the view and select it by clicking the checkbox at the beginning of each invoice row.
  • Once selected, locate the "Send Invoice Email" button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  • You'll then see all the invoice-related details on the screen, including the invoice number, contact name, contact email, tax, surcharge, total bill amount, etc.
  • Please review the details carefully and ensure everything is accurate.
  • Finally, click the "Send Invoice" button, and the invoice will be emailed directly to the contact.
