When a user reports to an person, that individual can be designated as their Reporting Manager. Once the user submits their time details, the Reporting Manager is responsible for approving them.
A Delegate is another user who can also approve time details, either on a permanent basis or only when the Manager is on vacation. A Delegate can be assigned to multiple Managers at the same time.
There are two types of Delegates in TimeTracker:
Permanent Delegate – Always authorized to approve time on behalf of the Manager.
Vacation Delegate – Temporarily authorized to approve time only during the Manager’s vacation period.
