You should first create an PK4 TimeTracker user ID for the Expense Manager. Click here to know more.


  • Once the user ID is created for the Expense Manager
  • Go to the TT users tab and create the user ID for the TimeTracker users by following the instructions here. Select the user type as per your org's requirement.
  • While creating the users, add the Expense Manager in the Expense Manager field and Save it.
  • Now the PK4 TimeTracker user ID is created and the Expenses Manager is added to the user
  • The Expense Manager will see the expenses requested by the users when he logs in to Salesforce and can approve the user Expenses.
