To reset the password for the PK4 TimeTracker application

If you have forgotten the password for the PK4 TimeTracker application, then

  • Click the PK4 TimeTracker application on the device and enter the App Key and Employee ID. Click the Forgot Password string, you see a popup with the App Key and Employee ID. Check the details in the popup and click the OK button.
  • An OTP is emailed to you, enter the OTP, New Password, and then Confirm Password in the change password screen, Password hint (is optional), and click the Change button.
  • Now the new password is set and you can use the new password to log in to the PK4 TimeTracker application on the device.

If you remember the password and want to change the password frequently for security purposes,

  • Go to the Settings tab of the PK4 TimeTracker application, enter the old password and new password in the "Change Password" screen, and click the Change password button. Now the password is reset for the PK4 TimeTracker application.

Note: When generating an OTP via email, the system follows a specific sequence to determine the recipient. Initially, it checks for an Email ID associated with your Salesforce user profile. If you are not a Salesforce user, the system then searches for an email address linked to your Contact information. If no Contact is found, the system proceeds to utilize the email address associated with your TT user ID, sending the OTP to that identified email address. This multi-step process ensures that the OTP is delivered to the appropriate recipient based on the available information in the system.
