First, create a TimeTracker user ID for the PTO Manager in Salesforce, only then the PTO Manager can approve the PTO's of the users.


Once the PTO Manager is created as a user, you should add them as PTO Manager to the Users for approving the PTOs,


  • Click here to know more about creating the users
  • If the users are created already, then go to the Users tab, and from the user edit screen add the PTO Manager that approves the PTOs in the PTO Manager field and save it.
  • Now the PTO Manager can approve or reject the PTO's from the PTO Approvals Sub tab that is in the PTO tab
