Note: To approve the time details, you should be set as Reporting Manager to the user and you should also have an TimeTracker Manager license set up.

To approve the time details, go to Approvals sub-tab in the Time Review tab
You see the Pending, Approved, and Rejected tabs,
- The Pending tab shows the Time details that are pending for approvals
- Approved Tab shows the time details that you have already approved, and
- The Rejected tab shows the time details rejected by you.
To approve the time details
- Go to the Pending tab
- Review the Time details by clicking the + button that is at the end of each time entry row
- Change the Approval Status from Pending Approval to Approved and click the Save button
To Reject the time entries,
- Review the Time details by clicking the + button that is at the end of each time entry row
- Change the Approval Status from Pending Approval to Rejected and click the Save button
By default, the pending tab shows the time entries of the previous week, of all the users that report to you. To view the time details of a specific user or for a specific date, please select the dates from the calendar and the user from the drop-down list that is next to the dates field and click the "Apply" button.
Request Correction
You can also request the user to make corrections in the time details before approving them
- Review the Time details by clicking the + button that is at the end of each time entry row
- Change the Approval Status from Pending Approval to Awaiting Correction, and click the Save button
- Enter the details in the Discuss tab and tell what changes/corrections you want to see in the Time details, and Post your comments
- The user can see your comments and make the necessary changes to the time details and change the Approval Status from Request Correction to Pending Approval and submit it for approvals again.
To discuss with the user on the time details
- Click on the Eye icon that is at the end of each time entry row,
- Click the discuss tab, and enter your comments
- The user can see your comments when they go to the discuss screen and can respond to your comment.
Note:
- To approve multiple time details, click the checkbox in the menu bar, then click the Approve button located below the Pending tab.
- To reject multiple time details, click the checkbox in the menu bar, then click the Reject button.
- To mark multiple time details as Awaiting Correction, select them using the checkbox in the menu bar, then click the Request Correction button.
- Note: You cannot add comments in the Discuss tab when performing bulk actions such as Approvals, Rejections, or Requesting Corrections.
