If by any chance the PK4 TimeTracker app is uninstalled or if you change your device, you should reinstall the app on your device. You can reinstall the app from App Store for iOS devices and from the Google Play Store to Android devices.

Once you reinstall the app you should enter the App Key, Employee ID, and Password to log in to the  PK4 TimeTracker application. Later on, you will need only the password to log in to the PK4 TimeTracker for Salesforce app.
