If at any chance the Time Tracker for Salesforce app is uninstalled or if you change your device you should reinstall the app on your device. You can reinstall the app from App Store for iOS devices and from the Google Play Store to Android devices.

Once you have reinstalled the app you should enter the App Key, Employee ID, and Password to log in to the Time Tracker for Salesforce app. Later on, you will need only the password to log in to the Time Tracker for Salesforce app.
