Yes, the PK4 TimeTracker app works on the Desktop/Laptop, and on the handset.

You can track time by using the TimeTracker web app, in Salesforce, or from the mobile application

Log in to the Web app: using the link below

PK4 TimeTracker app within Salesforce: By adding Lightning components in Salesforce, Multiline Time Entry screen, or using the Track Time button in the Utility bar
PK4 TimeTracker mobile app: By installing the PK4 TimeTracker application from App Store or from Google Play Store on iOS or Android devices.
