The TimeTracker app shows a text message as "Allow time tracker application to take and post images" when you click the image button. You must click the allow button that is on the message pop-up screen.
If you click the Deny button, then the images are not posted to Salesforce and the message appears as "Failed to post image: Job" on the device screen.
