You don't see the Employee ID and OK buttons because you have increased the default font size of the text on your Device.
As there is no scroll option on the forgot password popup screen, you are not able to view the Employee ID, Cancel, or OK buttons.
Please reset the font size of the device from the settings Tab to a lesser size and then reset the password for the TimeTracker app. You can reset the font size to small, medium, or maximum once you finish resetting the password for the PK4 TimeTracker application.
