There could be 3 reasons for not getting the OTP email when you click the Forgot Password link on the PK4 TimeTracker app.


  1. Email is not enabled in your Salesforce org: The Salesforce Administrator should enable Email for your org. Click here to know more about enabling email for your Org,
  2. If you have entered the wrong App Key or Employee ID on the PK4 TimeTracker login screen and clicked the Forgot Password option: Please cross-check if the App Key and the Employee ID that you entered are correct before you click the Forgot password option,
  3. An email is not added to your TT User screen: Please ask the Salesforce administrator to check if they have added your email ID to the TT User screen.
    • The OTP Email is sent to the same email ID that is in your TT User screen.
