Using the Multi Entry, users can add time to multiple projects across multiple days. You see 3 sub-tabs as below in the Multi-Entry

  1. Multi-Line
  2. Weekly
  3. Multi-Day


Multi-Line Tab:

  1. Select the Start Date, Start Time, and Hours Worked.
  2. Choose the relevant details from options like Case, Project, Task, etc.
  3. Enter any necessary notes.
  4. Click the Submit button to save the time details.

Features:

  • You can use the Copy option to duplicate data from the previous row to the next row.
  • By default, you can enter up to 10-time entries in the Multi-Line tab. If you need to add more, submit the first 10 records and repeat the steps to enter additional data.



Weekly Tab


  • If you work on the same project every week and want to enter time all at once, you can use the Weekly tab. Simply select the project and task once, then enter your time for the entire week. To include weekends, enable the "Include Weekends" checkbox.
  • You can also copy time details from the previous week by clicking the Copy from Previous Week button, then edit the time as needed. Finally, click the Submit button to save your time entries.
  • To add images to your time entries, click the Attachments button. Ensure the image you want to add is saved on your laptop, then select and attach it to the timesheets.
  • By default, you’ll see 10 rows available for time entry in the Weekly tab. To add more rows, click the Add 10 more lines button.

Multi-Day


The Multi-day is configurable, you can enable this tab to enter time for a week or fortnight,

  • Simply select the project and task once, then enter your time for the entire week. To include weekends, enable the "Include Weekends" checkbox. Finally, click the Submit button to save your time entries,
  • By default you see 10 rows, to enter time in the Weekly Day, click the Add 10 more lines to add additional lines to this page.



Note:

  • Managers can log time for their team members. To enable this feature, the Manager's ID must be configured with the "Log Time for Other Users" permission by following the instructions here.
  • Once this option is enabled, the Manager can log time on behalf of their team members. Simply select the relevant user from the 'TT User' field and input the time accordingly.
