If a TimeTracker (TT) user also uses Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you must create the user as a TT user and assign a PK4 License for the Outlook Sync module.
Follow the steps below to configure the user and enable Outlook Calendar integration.
Create a TimeTracker User: Create an TT User by following the instructions here.
- Make sure to enter the user's Microsoft Outlook email address in the Microsoft Outlook Email ID field, then save the record.
Assign a PK4 License for the Outlook Sync Module: Navigate to the PK4 Licenses tab in Salesforce, create a license for the same TT user, select Outlook Calendar in the PK4 Module field, and save the license.

Once the TT user has been created and the PK4 License has been assigned, the user will be linked to their Microsoft Outlook email address.
When an event is created in Outlook and the TT user is invited to the event, the event will appear in Calendar Review, and a corresponding TT Details record will be created in Salesforce, based on the Outlook Sync configuration.
This integration helps users track their time without having to enter time details manually for every Outlook event.
