By default, only users who report to you or belong to your team appear in the Users list on the Project View/Hub page while assigning tasks. 

If you need to assign a task to a user who does not report to you or is not included in your team, you must use the Project Assignment feature.


The Project Assignment feature allows you to grant access to additional users, enabling their names to appear in the Users list so that tasks can be assigned to them successfully.


Steps to Assign a Project to a User

  1. Navigate to the Project Assignment tab.

  2. Click New.

  3. Enter the required details:

    • Project Name

    • User (select the user you want to assign)

    • Assignment Start Date and Time

    • Assignment End Date and Time

    • Project to which the user should be assigned

  4. Click Save.


After saving the Project Assignment:

  • The user is successfully assigned to the selected project.

  • The user’s name will now appear in the Users list on the Project View/Hub page.

  • You can assign tasks to the user for the selected project.
