How Fully Loaded Cost Works
The Fully Loaded Cost is calculated using the Hourly Loaded Cost defined for each user.
When a user logs time:
- The system multiplies the Hourly Loaded Cost by the hours worked.
- The calculated amount is automatically recorded as the Fully Loaded Cost.
- This allows you to monitor the total cost generated by a user over time.
