The Fully Loaded Cost helps you track the total cost incurred based on the time logged by users. This calculation is performed automatically whenever a user adds or tracks time.


How Fully Loaded Cost Works


The Fully Loaded Cost is calculated using the Hourly Loaded Cost defined for each user.

When a user logs time:

  • The system multiplies the Hourly Loaded Cost by the hours worked.
  • The calculated amount is automatically recorded as the Fully Loaded Cost.
  • This allows you to monitor the total cost generated by a user over time.
