Assigned user not visible for task assignment in Project View. How do I fix it? Print

When a user is assigned to a Project through Project Assignment, the assignment is completed successfully. However, the Project View page does not automatically refresh.

This usually happens when you have two browser tabs open — one for Project View and another for Project Assignment. Since the Project View page remains unchanged, the newly assigned user may not immediately appear in the users list for task assignment.

Solution

Click the Refresh button on the right-hand side of the page (Quick Refresh).

After refreshing the page, the assigned user will be visible and available for task assignments.
