Grid View
The Grid View displays Tasks in a simple row-based format, similar to a spreadsheet. This makes it easy to view, create, edit, and assign Tasks quickly without switching between different layouts.
Creating a New Task
You can create a Task directly from the Grid View:
- Click the Add Task button. 
- In the General tab, enter the Task details. 
- In the Resources tab, select users, assign hours, and click Add. 
- Add comments in the Comments section if needed. 
- Return to the General tab and click Save. 
The Task will now be created and assigned to the selected users.
Context Menu Options
Right-click on a Task row to open the context menu, which includes:
- Indent – Mark the Task as a sub-task of another Task. 
- Outdent – Remove the Task from the sub-task list. 
- Insert Row Above/Below – Add a new Task row above or below the selected Task. 
- Delete – Remove the selected Task. 
- Full Edit – Edit the entire Task row, allowing multiple changes at once. 
- Open in New Tab – Open the Task in a separate tab for detailed editing. 
You can also access the context menu icons from the top-right corner of the Grid View page.
Task Assignments
- Assigned users appear in the Assigned To column of each row. 
- The user list is displayed on the right-hand side of the page. You can drag and drop a user tile onto a Task row to assign that Task to the user.
