Calendar Layout
The Calendar layout displays Projects and their related Tasks in a calendar format. This helps you track all Tasks for a selected Project on a single page. You can switch between Month, Week, or Year views to see Tasks at the level of detail you prefer.
Creating a New Task
You can create a new Task directly from the Calendar layout:
- Click the New Task button. 
- In the General tab, enter the Task details. 
- In the Resources tab, select users, assign hours, and click Add. 
- Add comments in the Comments section if needed. 
- Return to the General tab and click Save. 
The Task will now be created and assigned to the selected users.

Navigating the Calendar
- By default, Tasks are displayed in the Monthly view. You can switch to Weekly or Yearly views using the view option on the right-hand side of the screen. 
- Use the Back or Next buttons to view the previous or next month tasks. 
- If a Task is assigned to a user, their initials will appear on the Task bar. 
 
Editing a Task
To edit an existing Task:
- Double-click the Taskbar in the calendar. 
- Update details such as Start/End Date, Assigned Hours, Task Stage, or Task Status. 
- In the Resources tab, you can assign or remove users. 
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
