Calendar View


The Calendar view displays Projects and their related Tasks in a calendar format. This helps you track all Tasks for a selected Project in a single page. You can switch between Month, Week, or Year views to see Tasks at the level of detail you prefer.


Creating a New Task


You can create a new Task directly from the Calendar view:

  1. Click the New Task button.

  2. In the General tab, enter the Task details.

  3. In the Resources tab, select users, assign hours, and click Add.

  4. Add comments in the Comments section if needed.

  5. Return to the General tab and click Save.

The Task will now be created and assigned to the selected users.


Navigating the Calendar

  • By default, Tasks are displayed in Monthly view. You can switch to Weekly or Yearly views.

  • Use the Back or Next buttons to move between calendar pages.

  • If a Task is assigned to a user, their initials will appear on the Task bar.


Editing a Task


To edit an existing Task:

  1. Double-click the Taskbar in the calendar.

  2. Update details such as Start/End Date, Assigned Hours, Task Stage, or Task Status.

  3. In the Resources tab, you can assign or remove users.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.
