Calendar Layout
The Calendar layout displays Projects and their related Tasks in a calendar format. This helps you track all Tasks for a selected Project on a single page. You can switch between Month, Week, or Year views to see Tasks at the level of detail you prefer.
Creating a New Task
You can create a new Task directly from the Calendar layout:
Click the New Task button.
In the General tab, enter the Task details.
In the Resources tab, select users, assign hours, and click Add.
Add comments in the Comments section if needed.
Return to the General tab and click Save.
The Task will now be created and assigned to the selected users.
Assigning an Existing Task to a User
To assign an existing task to a user, follow these steps:
Double-click on the taskbar — a pop-up window will open.
Go to the Resources tab in the pop-up.
In the Users field, search for and select the user you want to assign the task to.
Enter the Assigned Hours for that user.
Click the Add button to assign the task.

Navigating the Calendar
By default, Tasks are displayed in the Monthly view. You can switch to Weekly or Yearly views using the view option on the right-hand side of the screen.
Use the Back or Next buttons to view the previous or next month's tasks.
If a Task is assigned to a user, their initials will appear on the Task bar.

Editing a Task
To edit an existing Task:
Double-click the Taskbar in the calendar.
Update details such as Start/End Date, Assigned Hours, Task Stage, or Task Status.
In the Resources tab, you can assign or remove users.
Click Save to confirm the changes.

Adding Comments to a Task
To add comments to a task:
Double-click the taskbar to open the pop-up window.
Go to the Comments section.
Enter your comment in the text box.
Click the Add button to save your comment.
