Assigning Tasks to Users


Before assigning tasks, you must first create them. Click here to know more about creating the Tasks (To Dos) for a Project.


Steps to Assign a Task:

  1. Once the task is created, you'll see the task name with an “Add Assignment” link next to it.

  2. Click Add Assignment to open the assignment screen.

  3. In the assignment form:

    • Select the User to whom the task should be assigned.

    • Enter the Start Date and End Date.

    • Optionally, add any Notes relevant to the assignment.

  4. Click the Add Assignment button to save.


The task is now successfully assigned to the selected user.
