Project Management V2 Overview

The Project Management V2 page serves as the central home screen for each project, providing a consolidated view of its key components and progress.


How to Access the Project Management V2:

  1. Create a Project from the Projects tab in Salesforce.

  2. Navigate to the Project Management V2 tab.

  3. Select the project you just created to view the following options:

Key Sections in the Project Management V2b:

  • My To Dos
    Displays the list of tasks specifically assigned to you.

  • To Dos List
    Shows all tasks assigned to various users across your organization.

  • Schedule
    Used to create new tasks and assign them to users. This helps in planning and tracking project timelines.

  • Kanban Card
    Presents all tasks associated with the project in a visual board format. Tasks are grouped and displayed according to their current status (e.g., In Progress, Testing, Done), along with user assignments.

  • Chat
    A space for real-time updates and communication. Team members can share task progress, discuss blockers, and stay informed about the overall project status.
