Creating a Task in Project Management
To create a new Task, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Gantt tab in the Project Management module.
Select the relevant Project from the project list.
Click the "+" (Add) button to create a new Task.
In the pop-up window:
Enter the Task Name in the Title field.
Set the Start Date and End Date.
Specify the Estimated Hours and other relevant details.
Click Done to create the Task.
Assigning the Task
You can assign the task to a user immediately or do it later:
Immediate Assignment:
Go to the Resources tab.
Select the User, and assign the task by adding the planned hours.
