Assigning Managers and Users to Teams for Shift Scheduling
To enable shift scheduling, both Managers and TT Users must be properly assigned to teams.
Manager
The Manager should be designated as the Team Lead for each team they manage.
Navigate to the TT Teams page.
Add the Manager in the Team Lead field.
TT User
Each TT User must be assigned to a team to be scheduled for shifts.
Go to the TT Users page.
In the Assigned to Team field, add the user to the appropriate team.
Result
Once this setup is complete:
The Manager can view the users in their assigned teams on the Shift Schedule page.
The Manager can then assign shifts to these team members accordingly.
