The Daily Email Reminders functionality in TimeTracker ensures that:

  • Approvers receive reminders to approve pending timesheets.

  • Users receive reminders to submit timesheets if they haven’t already done so.

This process runs as a scheduled job and is fully configurable via system flags. Admins can define:

  • The number of days after which approvers should be reminded.

  • The conditions under which users who haven’t submitted time details should be reminded.

  • The recipients of summary emails and in-app notifications after reminders are sent.
