Assigning a Shift


To assign a shift, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Shift Schedule tab.
  2. Select a Location to view the shifts related to that location.
  3. (Optional) Select a Team to assign shifts to employees of a specific team. Click here to learn more about creating teams and adding them to users.
  4. Drag and drop the shift from Available Shifts onto the user.
  5. The Number of Employees Required for the shift is displayed. Once assigned, the count updates accordingly. Assign shifts to the remaining employees as needed.
  6. To remove an assigned shift, click the Delete icon on the assigned shift tile.
