Details on the Comments and Discuss Buttons


Comments:

  • The Comments or Notes fields are typically used to enter information related to time details during Check-In or Check-Out.


Discuss:

  • The Discuss page is intended for interaction between the Approval Manager and the TT User. If the Manager has any questions regarding a time entry made by the user, they can enter the details on the Discuss page. The user can then review and respond accordingly. All discussion details are stored and can be referred to later.


Note: We recommend not using the Comments or Notes field for discussions between the user and the Manager. Since the details in these fields can be edited at any time, any previous conversation details may be lost if edited.
