Issue: You may not be able to check out of your current check-in due to future time entries being added using the Multiline or Multi-Day pages.
Scenario:
For example, let's say today is the 1st of August. You added time entries for the 5th or 6th of August using the Multiline or Multi-Day pages. When you go to the Live Tracker in the Console app and checks in on the 1st of August, you are successfully checked in. However, when you attempt to check out, you encounter an error stating "No active check-ins found."
Root Cause:
This occurs because the TimeTracker application checks the last check-in time when processing check-outs. In this scenario, the last check-in time is recorded as the 5th or 6th of August, where you entered the time and that record already has a check-out time. As a result, the application does not recognize the current check-in for the 1st of August, preventing you from checking out.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, please enable the "Include Live Tracker Records Only" checkbox when adding the Live Tracker component in the Console application. This setting ensures that the app ignores future time entries (e.g., the 5th or 6th of August) and allows you to check out from your current check-in.
