Approval emails are saved as Activities in Salesforce, and only the Approval Manager (Reporting Manager) can see these emails along with attachments for the reporting users. To view the approval emails as activities, follow these steps:
- Go to the TT Users tab in Salesforce.
- Click on your name in the TT Users list.
- Go to the Activity tab where you will see the list of approval emails.
- Click on the email you want to check and view its attachments.
- You will see the detailed email that was sent for approval. And the attachments are located in the Related section of the activity.
- Click on the attachment to view them.
Note: As all the attachments are stored in Salesforce, please be aware that this will increase your storage bandwidth.
