There are two ways in which Approved Time Details can be modified:

  1. An Administrator can modify the specific Time Detail record from the TT Details screen. The Administrator can change the Status, Start / End Date fields to modify either the Status or the Hours Worked.
  2. The User can modify ONLY the Hours Worked. She can do that from the Time Review screen. She chooses the same Project/Task and Start Date to which she needs to make the change. She then adds a positive or negative amount of time.
