To edit the welcome email on TT user creation


  • Click on Setup,
  • Search for "Classic Email Templates"
  • You see a list of templates in the list,
  • Click the Edit button for the template "OnCreate of TTUser"
  • Make the necessary changes in the Email Body and Save it.


Note:

  • The "On Create of TTUser" is an HTML template, make sure you add only the HTML file if you are adding an new template.
  • If you are editing the existing template edit only the content in the template.
