To delete time entries from the My Time tab, follow these steps:

  • Go to the My Time tab.
  • If you don't see the edit button, it may be due to having too many columns displayed. Click the "Show/Hide Columns" button.
  • Remove some columns from the list to make room for the edit button.
  • Return to the My Time page.
  • Now, you should see the edit button at the end of each time entry. Click on the edit button for the entry you want to delete.
  • Once in edit mode, look for a delete option, and confirm the action.

Note: Please note that you cannot delete entries that have already been approved. You can only delete time entries if the approval status is pending approval or unsubmitted.
