The administrator can add/remove the additional fields in the Multiline Time Entry screen.

To add/remove the field,

  • Go to the TT Apps Tab in Salesforce,
  • Search for the App Key from the list and click the Name of an App Key to do the configuration changes,
  • Then click the config button on the top right-hand side of the screen
  • Go to the Additional fields from the Check-In tab,
  • Add/remove the fields from the Additional Fields on Check-In/Out and save the configurations
