The Project Estimate Amount represents the total planned budget allocated for a Project. As users log time and mark TT details as billable, the system automatically calculates the Total Billable Amount, which reflects the actual value of work completed. Based on this, the Remaining Amount is calculated by subtracting the Total Billable Amount from the Project Estimate Amount. This helps Managers easily monitor how much of the project budget has been utilized and how much remains available.
Similarly, the Project Estimated Hours define the total planned effort required to complete the Project. As billable time is logged, the system calculates the Total Billable Hours, showing the actual hours spent on billable work. The Remaining Estimate Hours are automatically calculated by subtracting the Total Billable Hours from the Project Estimated Hours. This allows users and Managers to quickly track project progress and understand the remaining effort needed to complete the Project within the planned estimat
