If the user has requested a PTO and those details are not showing up in the Resources tab, that is because the Reporting Manager is not added to the user in the TT User screen.

To add the reporting Manager,

  • Go to the TT Users tab in Salesforce,
  • Add the "Reporting Manager" name in the "Reporting Manager' field
  • Click the save button.

The Reporting Manager is added to the user now, the PTO dates are shown in the Project Management in the Resources screen.
