If a user has requested PTO but the details are not visible in the Resources tab, it may be because the Reporting Manager has not been assigned in the TT User screen.
Adding a Reporting Manager
- Navigate to the TT Users tab in Salesforce.
- Add the Reporting Manager's name in the Reporting Manager field.
- Click Save to update the details.
Once the Reporting Manager is assigned, the user's PTO details will be displayed in the Resources screen of Project Management.
Note: PTO days are highlighted with an orange background in the Resources screen.
