Raising a Support Ticket in the Project Management Module

To raise a support ticket:

  1. Click the Help button (?) at the top right of any tab in the Project Management module.
  2. Click Submit Ticket – this opens a new tab in your browser.
  3. Enter the details of the issue you encountered.
  4. Click Submit to create the ticket.

The PK4 Technologies support team will review your request and get back to you with a solution.
