For a given TimeTracker user to access the Project Management (PM), you need to assign a Project Management license to that user.

If the "user" you're thinking of is a Salesforce user and not a TimeTracker user, create a TimeTracker user for that Salesforce user by following the instructions here.

To assign a PM license to a given TimeTracker user, follow the instructions here. In the PK4 Module field, select "Project Management". Save the record. You're done.

Remember that you can only assign as many users to PM as you have bought licenses for. By default, you have 5 PM licenses during your Eval. After that, you need to buy PM licenses for your TimeTracker users, as needed. If you try to assign more users than the number of licenses you have bought, the system will
