The Tree screen shows the Time Details of the users, and the report on the Tree screen shows the user details with hours Clocked-In, Hours Checked-In, etc.,

By default, the tree screen shows the time details of the previous month. Change the filters to show the data of the current month or of a specific calendar dates.
