The Project Management module is an add-on to the TimeTracker application. To have access to the PM module, you should have an active license.

Please contact the Salesforce Administrator at your org if you want to use the Project Management module.

After you have an active Project Management license

  • Create a TimeTracker user and link it with their Salesforce user ID by following the instructions here
  • Create a User to have access to the Project Management module by following the instructions here
  • Add the Salesforce user to the Manage Licenses list by following the instructions here.

After all, these are done in your org, the Salesforce users can start using the Project Management module in your org.
