TT Tasks
- A Task is an activity that needs to be completed. It can be something as simple as sending an email or as complex as building a new feature for a product. Tasks can be created by anyone in the organization, including yourself, and can be assigned to individuals or groups.
TT Task Assignments
- An Assignment is a Task that has been specifically assigned to an individual or group. Assignments are usually created by someone in a position of authority, such as a manager or supervisor, and are given to an individual or group to complete. Assignments can be tracked and monitored in Salesforce's Project Management module, allowing the assigner to keep track of progress and make adjustments as needed.
